General Terms and Conditions (T&C) of TONYC

§1 Scope and Definitions

(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between TONYC and consumers via the online shop at https://tonyc.link.

(2) A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession (EU Directive 2011/83/EU; §13 BGB).

§3 Conclusion of Contract

(1) Product presentation is not a binding offer but an invitation to submit an order.

(2) A binding offer is submitted when the consumer completes the order process and clicks the “Buy Now” button.

(3) The order process includes:

• Select product
• Add to cart
• Proceed to checkout
• Create/login to account (if applicable)
• Enter billing and shipping data
• Select payment method
• Review data
• Submit binding order via “Buy Now”

(4) Before submission, corrections are possible via the browser’s back function.

(5) After submitting, an automated confirmation email is sent. This is not acceptance.

(6) Acceptance is issued within seven days via confirmation email or dispatch of the goods.

§4 Storage of Contract Text

(1) Order details and the T&C are sent via email.

(2) The T&C may be viewed anytime at https://tonyc.link/terms-and-conditions.

(3) For security reasons, orders are not accessible online after completion unless a customer account provides access.

§5 Prices, Shipping Costs and Payment

(1) Prices include VAT.

(2) Shipping costs are displayed before completing the order.

(3) Available payment method:

• PayPal

(4) Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

§6 Delivery and Shipping Limitations

(1) Goods are ready for dispatch unless otherwise stated.

(2) Delivery occurs within 14 business days after payment.

(3) If delivery deadline falls on a holiday or Sunday, the next business day applies.

(4) Delivery regions:

• Germany
• EU Member States

(5) Risk transfers upon delivery to the consumer.

§7 Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until fully paid.

§8 Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have a 14‑day legal right to withdraw.

Withdrawal Period:
14 days from receipt of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

(1) Refund of all payments including standard shipping within 14 days.

(2) Refund may be withheld until goods are received or proof is provided.

(3) Goods must be returned within 14 days.

(4) Consumer bears return shipping costs.
